Technovision24 is an authorized distributor of security, networking and IT products. Our office is at LG 1, Samyak Park, Nehru Pk Rd, Nehru Park 2, Dhenu Market, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452003.

By browsing this website, registering as a dealer, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Our dealer portal and wholesale pricing are intended for registered business partners. Retail or end-user purchases may be handled separately as per the quotation issued to you.

You confirm that the information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to transact on behalf of your business.

3. Products and pricing

Product images, specifications and stock shown on the website are indicative. Final configuration, pricing and availability are confirmed on the quotation or tax invoice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of GST. We may revise prices without prior notice if manufacturer or tax rates change.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or issue a tax invoice. We may ask for advance payment before dispatch.

If a cheque is returned unpaid, a charge of ₹500 plus bank charges may apply. Interest at 5% per month may be charged on overdue invoices not paid within the agreed credit period.

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies as stated on the invoice or product documentation. Warranty is provided and honoured by the respective brand, except where we expressly state otherwise.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, burnt goods, water damage, unauthorised repair, or misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for goods ends once they leave our warehouse or office, except where damage in transit is covered under the shipping policy.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost business, arising from delay, shortage or product performance beyond the warranty terms.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use our branding without permission.

Content on this website is for information. We may update products, policies and prices at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Indore jurisdiction.
